Scope of Work
The Digital Marketing firm shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Comprehensive digital marketing and communication strategies and detailed work plans with timelines for implementation and successful execution of digital campaigns on CRTs.
- Daily management of respective campaigns in close coordination with MAFF and CREA PSU (with a step-by-step action plan for consumer-generated revenue strategy from the adoption of CRTs)
- Quarterly Campaign Plans: Detailed campaign strategies and execution plans updated quarterly.
- Monthly Content Calendars: Creation and delivery of monthly content calendars including all digital content.
- Bi-Annual Performance Reports: Detailed analytics and performance reports every six months.
- Reporting templates on digital performance
- A full report on the Outreach campaign promoting CRT benefits available for sale on existing digital agriculture marketplaces showcasing benefits to farmers and informing their purchasing decision.

Eligibility
- Qualification and Competency Requirements
- The firm will need to have a proven track record including financial record, service delivery with reports at least 2 years on taxation, auditing and managing acceleration programs in sustainable development in agriculture, environment, climate change and other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing preferably in renewable energy technologies including solar water pump, solar dryer, solar cooling and storage, solar incubator etc., for small and medium-farmers and other climate resilient technology to respond climate change impacts such drought and flood etc., (able to address at least 70% of these points)
- Experience working with AC/POs in developing digital marketing platforms, portals, tools and materials for increase products awareness and sales (able to address at least 70% of these points)
