Digital Marketing Associate
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
As we are growing rapidly, we are currently looking for a new senior digital marketing with experience in digital marketing.
Report to: Sales Director (Cambodia)
Location: Head Office

- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns promoting the company’s products and services.
- Support in the developing, launching and managing marketing campaigns and activities on digital channels
- Manage and monitor marketing platforms and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising online & offline
- Generate marketing and sales materials
- Design artwork for banners, brochures, flyers, ect.
- Coordinate and execute social media posting and ensure alignment with overall marketing and branding guidelines/policies
- Manage social media editorial calendar and post valuable, shareable content regularly
- Manage, create, and promote HUSK activities via social media outlets including Facebook, Website, LinkedIn, and other media channels
- Monitors and report on social media outreach, including regular and periodic reporting
- Assist in public relations activities as deemed necessary and other communications as assigned
- Assist the marketing & sales manager in developing communication and promotional materials
- Support marketing & sales manager in planning and implementing outreach and client database development
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Response to the customers on HUSK’s social media.
- Design and develop short videos for company activities.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing channels and evaluate new technologies, expand the media, and increase the company’s brand awareness.
- Photography activities according to the company requirements
- Other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Education and Experience
- At least two years’ experience on social media and digital marketing
- Good graphic design skill
- Experience with agricultural sector is an advantage
- Be able to travel and stay at remote locations
- Honest, Hard worker and good sense of humor.

Production Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at the production site. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the fertilizer production line and overseeing a team of approximately 20 individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production organization, ensuring efficient management of operators, and maintaining daily production reporting.

- Optimize production organization to enhance efficiency and productivity, while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with teams to address production challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.
- Fluency in Khmer
- Proficient in professional English communication.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
