PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

In 2021, SHE is increasingly designing and delivering a higher number of programs, including Digital Literacy programs and incubator programs across the country. As a result, the organisation is building systems to effectively manage learning resources and enable facilitators to deliver the highest quality workshops. We are therefore looking for someone who loves curriculum development and creating learning resources; who has high digital skills, including facilitating online workshops; who loves working with people and seeing them reach their goals; and who is passionate about creating the best learning resources in Cambodia for female entrepreneurs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Learning Coordinator is responsible for all digital learning resources across SHE Investments. This includes development and management of an online Learning Management System, library of learning resources, and project management of digital training programs. The Digital Learning Coordinator is someone who loves using digital tools and platforms to interact with, teach, and support others. They are a Zoom expert, understand basic facilitation techniques (including the use of interactive online tools, such as Miro), and have some background, skills or experience in the design of learning materials (such as training manuals).

Duties
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Learning Resources Development: Work with the Head of Programs, Facilitators and Graphic Designers to manage the development of high-quality training curriculum, including manuals, materials and video tutorials that are user friendly and professional. This requires design skills and experience using software such as InDesign and Canva.
  • Management of SHE’s Learning Management System: Build interactive and user-friendly online learning programs using SHE’s LMS (Thinkific). Online programs are designed for Facilitators, program participants, and also internal SHE staff (e.g. for staff onboarding).
  • Content Creation & Design: Create well-designed and engaging presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) for training purposes, according to SHE’s branding guidelines and training curriculum.
  • LMS participant management: Ensure online participant engagement by following up with online learning participants, managing a database of students, and implementing strong communication techniques to keep students engaged and learning. This also includes liasing across program teams and departments (e.g. membership program, incubators, digital literacy programs, and communications team).
  • Support Online Facilitation & Training Workshops: Lead the organising of online training workshops (participant communication, scheduling, etc.) and support Facilitators to ensure the high-quality delivery of online workshops, including Training of Trainers, Digital Literacy Programs, and Incubator Programs. This means supporting lead Facilitators and students to effectively onboard and use Zoom; manage breakout rooms; assist the lead Facilitator in group discussions and breakout sessions; and train other Facilitators and staff to effectively use Zoom and other online tools.
  • Project Management: Manage Digital Literacy training projects, including the development of Learning Management systems, learning curriculum and materials, participant recruitment, facilitation and scheduling of online workshops, and management of program resources (including budgets and external experts and trainers).
Requirements
  • KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Learning Materials Design Skills: The candidate should have strong skills at using design software including Canva and InDesign.
  • Digital Skills: The candidate should have strong digital skills and experience in working with and managing a range of different digital tools and platforms. Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, websites and tools such as Zoom are highly considered.
  • Project Management: the candidate should have the ability to effectively design, plan and deliver digital learning projects. The Candidate should have a good understanding of effective program design, high attention to detail, the ability to create detailed project plans with clear tasks and deadlines, and excellent time management skills.
  • Facilitation & Presentation Skills: Strong skills and experience in delivering presentations online, with a particular focus on facilitating or supporting facilitation online (e.g. experience using interactive online training tools, such as Zoom and Miro).
  • Language: Fluent Khmer language skills, and high-level English language skills. All reports must be written in English, and communication with major partners may be in English.
  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  • SHE’s LMS is launched with high-quality learning materials and efficient systems in place
  • SHE Facilitators have access to high quality online facilitator training and resources, and as a result are effectively delivering training workshops across the country, with excellent support from the Learning & Development team at SHE HQ
  • Successful planning, management and delivery of Digital Literacy Training Programs (reaching of project KPIs)
