Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA) is a none profit organization and the leading voice for women entrepreneurs in Cambodia, representing over 1,000 members including provincial chapters from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, knowledge, and opportunities to overcome challenges, grow their businesses, and create lasting economic impact for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Position Summary

Employment: Full-time, 8hours/day, 5days per week

Report to: Executive Director

Salary and benefits: base on experience

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily posting on social media and manage it with interesting content to reach the audient
  • Design poster, flier and others pictures for posting
  • Control all pictures to be posted
  • To ensure quality of picture and select the nice for posting
  • Pictures shooting during the events
  • Video shooting during event
  • Do video slide or presentation slide for association
  • Monitor posting and updating interesting content on page
  • Video shooting & Editing for association
  • Create video shooting board and script for association
  • Create & post in social media (Facebook, Website, YouTube, Telegram Channel, TikTok…..)
  • Monitor and assign task & training to team (Graphic team)
  • Assist general test to team, ED, Boards, Committee and members
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree / Graduated Graphic design and illustrate
  • 3 years’ experience in communication
  • Experience be the photo shooting and video shooting
  • Experience in social media caption and content
  • Skill in Graphic and design
  • Be flexible on the malty job and tasks
  • Computer silks
  • English communication
  • Be flexible work and time, Team work and team support
