NB: NGOs wishing to join this tender must have a valid business certificate (Patent) showing that they can provide commercia services to the public.

• For Cambodian resident consultant as a Cambodian
• Please attached ID card
• Please provide your current address if it differs from the one on your ID cards.
• The offer is gross inclusive of Withholding Tax 15%. The Withheld amounts will be paid to the tax authority by GIZ to comply with all the given requirements.
• For Cambodian resident consultant as a foreigner
• Please attach your EB Visa, Work Permit Card and proof of legal resident in Cambodia.
• The offer is gross inclusive of Withholding Tax 15%. The withheld amounts will be paid to the tax authority by GIZ to comply with all the given requirements.
