Role overview:
The Designer is responsible for creating visual materials that support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communication. The role ensures all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and help increase product visibility and sales in the FMCG market.
- Graphic Design & Creative Work
- Design marketing materials such as:
- Posters
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Product packaging
- Social media graphics
- POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
- Create visuals for digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Edit photos and videos for promotional content.
- Branding & Marketing Support
- Ensure all designs follow company brand identity and guidelines.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Content & Digital Media (Optional)
- Design content for:
- Facebook / social media
- Website banners
- Online ads
- Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with printing vendors and agencies.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Update marketing materials regularly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Visual Arts
- Experience in graphic design or marketing design for 1 to 3 years
- Experience in FMCG or advertising industry is preferred.
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign / Canva
- Basic video editing (optional)
