About the job

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to empower Cambodian youth and grow the impact of Journeys Within Our Community’s (JWOC) through our Design & Tech Support Officer

Role.

In this role the candidate will contribute designing and building content for the JWOC website and social media accounts for the purpose of fundraising, communications and raising awareness about JWOC’s work in Cambodia to a variety of audiences. The candidate will also provide basic technological support to the JWOC staff.

Duties
  • Work with the Communications & Fundraising Coordinator to develop an annual content creation plan and related KPIs (key performance indicators) that measure the impact of outreach.
  • Take the lead in designing content and material for JWOC marketing, fundraising and communication purposes as required in a timely fashion with high standards. This includes photography, filming, editing videos and productions.
  • Distribute content and manage JWOC social media accounts and website ensuring they are active, up to date and well maintained.
  • Ensure correspondence and engagements with audiences are updated and well-tracked.
  • Analyze and provide regular reports on the impact of outreach.
  • Provide technological support to the JWOC team and support in fundraising activities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Some experience in non-profit fundraising.
  • Experience in design, content creation, communications, digital marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent skills in problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and facilitation.
  • High level English proficiency (both written and oral).
  • Experience in paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and ads for non-profits is a plus.
