Design Manager
The Design Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all design activities across projects, ensuring that design deliverables meet project requirements, budget, and schedule. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and buildable design solutions.
- Manage internal design teams and external consultants.
- Coordinate multi design inputs (architectural, structural, MEP)
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project schedule and milestones.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high design standards.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure design intent is executed correctly on site.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in design management within construction, engineering, or architecture projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
MEP Site Engineer
The MPE Site Engineer is responsible for check and supervising, coordinating, and executing construction project, plumbing, and electrical works at the site to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day MEP installation, testing, and activities.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor site progress and report to the MEP Supervisor
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Inspect and verify MEP installations for quality and compliance with codes.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure site is safety
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical or related field.
- 3–5 years of site experience in MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, etc.).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
