Deputy Sales Manager – Fertilizer (Retail Cambodia Distribution)
Location: Cambodia (with regional travel as needed)
Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm)
Reporting to: Head of Fertilizer (Foreigner)

- Conduct market research on related regulations, logistics, partners and competitors, crop seasons, and types of crops within the kingdom of Cambodia.
- Identify and build relationships with importers, distributors and related authorities (MAFF, Customs, etc.)
- Facilitate product registration, import licensing, other regulatory processes as well as ensure full compliance with importation procedures, quota requirements, labeling laws, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop distribution system expansion strategies and criteria for selecting distributors and customers.
- Establish a distributor evaluation mechanism and monitor implementation.
- Propose sales programs and methods to grow the distribution network.
- Research & update sales procedures, fertilizer import-export regulations, and business practices in Cambodia to propose a suitable sales process.
- Monitor, evaluate performance, and make necessary adjustments.
- Assess operational risks and implement timely adjustments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Train & Coach staff on fertilizer knowledge, market insights, and company procedures.
- Establish a performance evaluation system for employees.
- Build and manage a field sales team in Cambodia.
- Graduated from a full-time university program with a major in Economics, International Trade, or Agriculture.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or international business in fertilizers, crop protection products, seeds, or animal feed.
- Knowledge of fertilizer distribution systems.
- Understanding of brand development.
- Good English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
Senior Sales Supervisor (Fertilizer) (1 Position)
Location: Cambodia
Salary: (Upon negotiation)
Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm), Sat (8:00am-12:00pm)

- Identify and build a customer database.
- Establish business relationships with potential customers.
- Propose business models, sales programs, and marketing initiatives to develop the market.
- Establish business relationships to increase sales volume.
- Develop customers into distributors of the company's product portfolio and contribute to building the company’s brand.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose sales programs to enhance competitive advantage.
- Conduct research on crops, seasons, and purchasing behavior within the system, and propose marketing activities to stimulate demand.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing and sales programs once approved.
- Participate in training sessions on sales, agriculture, and business operations.
- Graduated from a university or college with a major in Agriculture
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of fertilizers, crop protection products, seeds, or animal feed.

Admin. Officer (1 Position)
Working Time: 44hrs/week

- Looking for new partners to join in the activities at Meizan Culinary Excellence Center
- Plan/Prepare MCEC reports/schedule/expense (Words and ppt, excel)
- Ensure utilization at MCEC and quality product display
- Coordinate with new partner and make sure everything is running as planned and smooth
- Evaluate MCEC target Vs achievement, Approach NGO partner
- Posting class, Class enrollment and arrangement, MDC schedule preparation, Conduct special activity.
- Propose/Purchasing ingredients/stationary for MCEC activities
- Work with landlord, agencies for works relevant MCEC
- Manage and ensure activities expense and quality
- Overall look to ensure hygiene and the safety on food and fire-fighting at MCEC

- Bachelor in Administration or related field
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Administration
