- Monitor, supervise and manage the operation of plants/terminal in accordance with the Company’s regulations
- Monitor and improve the HSSE process of all plants/terminals to meet HSSE performance of the Operation Department
- Ensure that the operational standards and products delivery are in line with the overall company strategy plan
- Cost management: monitor and ensure cost (related to heating, transportation, maintenance, utilities, manpower, and other costs ...) at the optimal level according to the annual targets.
- Coordinate with Sales Department to have sales plan (incl. product types, quantity, quality, required temperature, time and delivery location…) to make the master plan for terminal and truck fleet
- Develop truck fleets (trailer drivers, tank truck drivers, wheel loaded drivers, etc.), as well as strategic transport to ensure efficient implementation of delivery plans
- Work Closely coordinate with other related departments such as HR, QHSE, ISO, F&A, Procurement... to review/adjust regulations, SOPs, WIs, trainings plan to strengthen the management system and develop the team to meet the Company's long-term strategic goals.
- Report on the efficiency of the operational work system and analyze production data and present it to the management.
- Engineering, Electrical, Economic Management;
- At least five years of experience in an operational management position.
- Deep understanding of Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to efficiently manage the plants/terminal organization and HSSE to ensure a good and secure working environment
- Able to implement plants/terminals’ operation strategy
- An analytical nature and good negotiation and organization skills
- Responsibility, team works spirit, enthusiasm.
- Computer using, English communication.
Distribution & Logistic Supervisor

Reporting To: Operation Manager
- A Logistics Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Overseeing and managing all trucks to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster planning for drivers and operation workers.
- Work closely with the site managers/ sales to meet the daily delivery operation’s needs.
- Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to streamline logistics and timely problem solving
- Supervising logistics personnel and optimizing transportation routes by (GPS and fleet system)
- Ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations and insurance brokers for any accident report
- Prepare Reporting: Track KPIs for all the drivers to continuously improve logistics efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Data Analytics & Forecasting: Use data-driven insights to predict demand, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Managing inventory and warehouse operations

- Bachelor’s degree in other related fields
- At least 3-years’ experience in logistics and warehouse knowledge is a plus
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet Outlook
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated, Be honest, patient
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Good at communication skill (Khmer/English)
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
Purchasing

INTRODUCTION: This role will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products, raw materials and miscellaneous goods and services as per business requirement.
- Procurement Operation
- Issue purchase order (PO) in the system according to the Purchase Requisitions, aligning with standard procedures and confirming delivery with suppliers.
- Gather quotation from suppliers and closely work with requestors to evaluate bid results, if required.
- Negotiate favorable price, terms, and conditions with suppliers to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Monitor contracts and orders and expedites delivery, reconcile discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, arbitrates disputes between users and suppliers.
- Source potential products based on user demand and market trend.
- Conduct or assist pre-bid meeting and public bid opening as required.
- Work closely with AP and suppliers on all invoice holds.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain efficient procurement processes and workflows.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal business clients across different organizational levels and functions to clarify procurement goals and objectives, address queries and issues.
- Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns.
- Works closely with key suppliers to generate innovative ideas which enable business growth or improve process efficiency.
- Contract Management:
- Prepare and review procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.
- Monitor contract performance, enforce contract terms, and resolve any contract-related disputes.
- Cost Control:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make procurement decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing, buying or merchandising experience.
- Have critical thinking, analytical, problem solving and strong negotiating skills.
