Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Recovery and Litigation Department in overseeing the end-to-end collection process for the PAR and written-off loan portfolios across all branches.
- Support the implementation of recovery strategies, including the systematic issuance, follow-up, and tracking of formal demand letters and the preparation and filing of court cases in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing PAR and written-off account recovery strategies and action plans to maximize collection and recovery results.
- Support and coordinate the legal recovery process, including the preparation and filing of claims, monitoring court proceedings, and following up on litigation cases with relevant internal teams and external legal counsel.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on branch-level performance against PAR and written-off collection targets, identifying performance gaps and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Support the sharing of best practices, successful recovery approaches, and lessons learned across the branch network to improve overall recovery performance.
- Ensure that recovery and litigation activities are conducted through ethical, professional, and respectful communication with clients to protect the company's reputation and customer relationships.
- Review and follow up on the status of litigation cases, court proceedings, written-off recovery, and other critical recovery matters, and provide timely updates to the Head.
- Support the Head in supervising and coordinating the activities of the Recovery and Litigation team and ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and within the required timelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Recovery and Litigation Department or authorized supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Disbursements by products/Portfolio/# of clients/Net Profit/PAR/ Auto Finance product/Productivity per CO/write-off collection/key ratios achieved as per BP.
- Monitor and verify the list of potential customers from each branch and strategizing with Deposit and Financial Services Sales Department to mobilize the deposit balance.
- Ensure that digital products have been in sales well.
- Ensure the good repayment rate of loans.
- Follow up all product performance of each branch to make sure it is growing as the set plan.
- Initiating/guiding business strategies to branches under his supervision to achieve higher results.
- Build relationship/partnership with merchants, authorities, and other parties to improve the business’s opportunities.
