The Deputy of Accounting & Finance assists the Finance Manager in managing the overall accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow control, and compliance. This role ensures accurate financial data, supports decision-making, and strengthens internal controls.
- Oversee daily accounting operations (Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and categorized, Maintain accurate and up to date accounting records)
- Manage month end and year end close (Coordinate the monthly closing process, Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, Ensure timely and accurate management accounts)
- Prepare financial report (Produce internal financial report (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, Support external financial reporting (eg. Tax filing, audits)
- Ensure compliance and accuracy Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS), Monitor and enforce internal controls, Stay updated on tax regulations and industry accounting rules)
- Monitoring on fixed asset movement, inventory movement report, and management account reconciliation sign off
- Assisting Accounting & Finance manager in terms of clearing management account and reviewing working process for accounting team
- Assisting accounting & Finance manager in terms of cross department communication and balancing reconciliation
- Ass. Accounting & Finance manager for tracking PR, PO, PO posting, inventory receive, inventory transfer, and payment for ensure not any complaint for any late
- Other Tasks assigned by Accounting & Finance Manager.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields.
- At Least work experience in management level for 5 years
- Good knowledge in monthly and annual tax declaration (TOS, VAT, PPT, WHT and TOP).
- Have experience in Construction or Real estate development or property leasing
- Proficiency in Accounting system, Software and MS Office Advance.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
- High responsibility, honest and good attitude.
