Depot Engineer/HSSE

Location: Kshom Depot – Kandal
Reporting Line: Kshom Depot & Warehouse Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve key systems (MX, TIM, Mysafety, Maestro Log, ONE MAESTRO).
- Act as focal point for HSE programs, including audits, training, sustainability, security, and community initiatives.
- Manage and improve depot maintenance programs, including equipment, vehicles, and critical spare parts.
- Control maintenance activities and supervise internal staff and contractors.
- Issue work permits and ensure safe execution of work within the depot.
- Organize safety meetings, emergency drills, and maintain HSSE documentation.
- Support HSE objectives, risk assessments, and implementation of mitigation measures.
- Coordinate technical integrity activities and safety barrier management.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth facility improvements without operational disruption.
- Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure continuity.
- Lead 5S implementation across depot facilities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Depot and Warehouse Manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Automation preferred)
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of oil product operations and equipment
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD with technical and managerial skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership mindset
- Organized, proactive, and able to generate and implement ideas
- Valid driving license
