Depot Engineer/HSSE
Location: Kshom Depot – Kandal
Reporting Line: Kshom Depot & Warehouse Manager
- Plan, implement, monitor, and continually improve MX, TIM, Mysafety, Depot Technical Integrity, Maestro Log (or similar), and ONE MAESTRO (at least 50% of jobholders' working time).
- These include but are not limited to acting as the focal person for programs such as the Group HSEQ audits & reports, HSE/Sustainab’ALL, Training Program, HSE-related projects, security Improvement programs, government & community relations programs, and environmental management programs.
- Planned, implemented, monitored, and continually reviewed/improved the depot-planned equipment/vehicle maintenance program, including maintenance of critical spare parts.
- Control and maintain the stock of critical spare parts.
- Overall control maintenance work inside the depot is done by its own staff and contractors.
- Control and issue work authorizations and special work permits inside the Depot
- Plan/organize the Depot safety meetings and emergency drills.
- Overall custodian of HSSE and Technical documents & records
- Assist the Depot and Warehouse Manager in developing the individual HSE objectives & performance standards of each Depot's employees.
- Support Technical Integrity Leader/Manager of Safety Barrier Gap Analysis, Description of all Safety Barriers, Finalization of all tests of safety barriers, Integration of safety barriers and schedules in MX, Reporting of KPIs and Downgraded Modes (Ramses), Technical Review and Commissioning.
- Closely coordinate with affiliate/regional project team regarding facility improvement/expansion to avoid disruption of depot operations as well as project timelines.
- Assist Depot and Warehouse Manager to conduct risk assessment and communicate risk with the operators/contractors, then observation on site to ensure the mitigation measures are well implemented
- Solve the troubleshooting to keep continuous operation at the depot.
- Act as a focal person in implementing 5S within the Depot: operating control room, depot office, dining room, loading gantries, laboratory, and depot yard.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Depot and Warehouse Manager.
- Education: Engineering Degree, mechanical/electrical/civil engineer is preferred
- Knowledge: A good understanding of oil product operations, gained over several years of operational experience, preferably in similar, good understanding of operating equipment and construction.
- Skill: Knowledgeable in computer applications, specifically MS Office, and AutoCAD. Technical and managerial skills.
- Language: Good command of English writing and speaking.

- Valid driving license.
