- Design and implement integrated demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Align demand creation activities with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Identify target markets, customer personas, and key messaging to drive interest.
- Monitor opportunity progress through sales cycle – execute pipeline velocity initiatives when necessary and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Campaign Development
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, search, events, partnerships, etc.).
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging campaign materials.
- Manage the campaign lifecycle from ideation to performance analysis.
- Develop and manage highly-productive demand creation programs that demonstrate and ROI.
- Develop programs to increase awareness to target market segments by translating company goals into effective marketing communications
- Lead Generation, Data & Analytics
- Drive qualified lead generation for the sales pipeline.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows and tactics to move prospects through the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and conversion.
- Manage a closed loop lead and demand creation programs that generates marketing qualified leads
- Drive inbound sales activity through a variety of potential sources.
- Ensure lead flow to sales team in an effective and efficient manners.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to ensure messaging consistency.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to define scope and success criteria, plan schedules, drive work efforts, and monitor project/program from inception through delivery.
- Aligning demand creation programs with product messaging strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields.
- Significant experience (5 years minimum) in business-to-business demand creations, agronomy and marketing analysis (strong knowledge of pipeline performance measurement, insights and optimization).
- A high-performer with proven success driving strategy, planning and execution of customers, Strong analytical background and passion for data
- Experience partnering with sales on pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data relationships between key business concepts & crops.

Quality Control Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Executive to join our production site team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of raw materials and finished products. You will work closely with production and R&D teams to test key parameters such as NPK content, moisture, pH, EC, and micronutrients using standard laboratory equipment. The role reports to the Global Product Development Manager and will play a key part in establishing and strengthening our internal QC lab and systems.

Production Site Location: Kampong Thom province (with occasional travel to Head Office)

- Conduct regular sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Measure quality parameters such as pH, EC, TDS, moisture, and NPK (via Kjeldahl, spectrophotometry, etc.).
- Operate and maintain lab equipment: weighing balance, pH meter, EC/TDS meters, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl apparatus.
- Maintain testing records, generate quality reports, and ensure documentation aligns with SOPs.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining a QC laboratory at the production site.
- Support product development trials through sample testing and reporting.
- Ensure process consistency and lab safety compliance.
- Collaborate with production, lab, and technical teams to ensure quality goals are met.
- MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Quality Control experience in agriculture, food, fertilizer, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with chemical analysis, sample handling, and lab instrument operation.
- Good documentation skills and ability to follow testing protocols.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO, BIS) is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
