Position Summary

The position is for Female

Department: Care After Program Center Dept.

*Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on healthcare in underserved communities? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Care After Program Staff member for our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct creative activities such as art projects, board games, physical activities, and exhibitions to ensure children’s meaningful and enjoyable participation.
  • Provide flexible programs for children who attend on a non-regular basis (children of staff members or hospital patients).
  • Manage attendance records, purchase necessary supplies, and learn and follow internal administrative processes.
  • Create a positive learning and care environment that supports children’s development and social-emotional growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality of children’s information and carry out administrative tasks, including report writing.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager as needed.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Basic
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in teaching or leading children’s activities for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Ability to plan creative lessons and lead children’s programs independently.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about working with children.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Be able to speak Khmer for foreign candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Experience or ability to handle administrative tasks such as attendance management.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and a responsible work attitude.
