Department : Customs Broker
Report to : Customs Broker Supervisor in charge of preparing documents for clearance.
Working Schedule : Monday-Saturday (Morning): 8:00AM-12:00PM; Afternoon: 1:30PM-5:30PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure good customer service on cargo transportation from start to finish and provide information and solutions to partners and customers when any changes occur during service provision.
- Prepare documents for submission to ministries, receive notifications and Pre-alert documents and verify with agents and customers.
- Create Job File in Data Management System (E-Cargo System) Company system, input data to Customs Tracking Cargo by web (reference), ASYHUB.
- Monitor import and export cargo to ensure accuracy and timeliness and send documents to review with customers and request THC (Terminal Handling Charge) or agency fee for Air Shipment.
- Monitor goods that have completed the release procedures at the port to book trucks for timely delivery to customers.
- Make weekly reports to the head of customs brokerage department before Monday 12 noon
- Attend work regularly and register daily attendance and report to the department head in case of absence
- Attend team meetings and other training sessions regularly as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Work History:
- Experiences in position as customs broker and can prepare documents correctly for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Ability to use Khmer and English very good.
- Computer skills such as MS Office, Social Media Platform and Database Management System
- Skill in building relationships with team members, suppliers and customers
- Understanding of import work and knowing suppliers clearly
