Animal Doctors International (ADI) is seeking a confident and responsible Customer Service Team Leader to manage and support our Front of House team.
This is a full-time leadership role responsible for maintaining professional standards, team performance, and smooth daily reception operations.
Working Schedule
- 6 days per week
- Rotating shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Flexibility is required.
This role includes working reception shifts and performing all regular Customer Service duties.
The Team Leader is expected to take ownership of Front of House operations and ensure consistent standards at all times.
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team
- Ensure reception operates smoothly and professionally
- Monitor appointment scheduling and booking accuracy
- Oversee phone, Telegram, email, and Facebook communication
- Maintain high service standards and professional tone
- Train and guide new reception staff
- Manage front desk organisation and presentation
- Monitor and check front-of-house stock
- Support roster coordination and report issues to management
- Handle client concerns calmly and professionally
- Ensure accurate payment handling and administrative compliance
- Stay aware of daily hospital activity and priorities
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Previous customer service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong Khmer and English communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Confident and accountable
