Customer Service Supervisor

Position Summary

Corporate Unit: Cambodia

Reporting to: Head of Operations

About the Position

The core purpose of this role is to provide consistent, high quality customer service for customers in Operation department.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team to focus on the key Customer Service Drivers.
  • Fully understand all contracts and charge structures including surcharges, additional charges and accessorial
  • charges to ensure the company delivers on its promises and takes every opportunity to up sell and receive value for all services provided.
  • Ensure proper implementation of new clients or new programs.
  • Ensure and monitor all bookings with vendors/shippers are executed on time.
  • Plan and coordinate with vendors/shippers.
  • Ensure that the Customer service teams send timely quotations to the Customer.
  • Monitor responsiveness on Query Resolution with shippers/Customers.
  • Monitor data integrity of systems.
  • Responsible for cross sell/up sell, customer retention.
  • Follow up on the outstanding bookings & query resolution.
  • Monitor, record and report the performance of team members.
  • Work with the Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure ocean freight operation is accordance to corporate standard procedure and guideline
  • Promote teamwork spirit and cross division with effective communication
  • Other tasks assign by Head of Department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.
  • At least 2-3 year experience in managing small Operations / Customer service teams with minimum 4 year experience in the Logistics sector
  • Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and other applications)
 
 

Field Sales

Position Summary

Corporate Unit: Cambodia

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • About the Position
  • Keep, develop and secure Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation and Contract Logistics business within an assigned portfolio of new and existing customers with a focus on outdoor/on-site sales activities.
  • Monitors and penetrates the market to acquire new business within the assigned geographical area or targeted industry segments.
  • Measured against defined outdoor sales KPI’s, leading to volume and profitable business growth.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Sustain and build a strong sales pipeline with current and new customers.
  • Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined sales strategy
  • Manage and nurture strong customer relationships for long-term revenue – this includes proactive customer management, engagement, identification of needs,
  • Active stakeholder management and collaboration with commercial, and solution teams on RFI/RFQ/RFP, solutioning and implementation
  • Identify new business opportunities for the company and cross-selling products
  • Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers
  • Creation of yearly sales planning for own customer portfolio
  • Accountable and ownership of sales metrics including regular reviews and preparation of sales reports
  • Ensure agreed DSO/overdue levels are in control; work with credit control team on managing and recovering account receivables
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or any related fields such as logistics and supply chain management etc.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, experience with logistics and freight forwarding business will be a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong sales competencies such as Strategic Selling Skills, Strategic Account Management Skills, Customer-centric, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
  • Result oriented.
  • Analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills – competent in English language written and spoken. Can speak Chinese is a plus.

Position Summary

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • About the Position
  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Team with a strong understanding of the Chinese market to expand our customer base and foster strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with Chinese-speaking customers, and achieving sales targets.

Position Summary

Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor

About the Position

A key responsibility is coordinating the entire transportation process for Import/Export by Sea freight, Air freight, inland transportation. And the operation role is to ensure the best service provided to customer as well as solution.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To manage Import/Export shipment in operation role.
  • Handling ends to end shipment process: well, understand and strictly follow customer requirement.
  • Track/request invoices from shipping companies or vendor in a timely and system completeness to ensure all data key-in accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with related parties such as customers, oversea team, shipping line, airline and vendor.
  • Another task assigned by Customer Service Supervisor and Head of Department
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.
  • Minimum 0-1 years of relevant working experience in the industry and welcome for fresh graduate.
  • Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
