Position Summary

Reports to: Deputy CEO

Department: Business Development Department

Workdays: Monday to Friday, Saturday Mornings

Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 8:00 – 12:00pm (Sat. Morning) One hour Lunch

We are looking to hire an exemplary customer service supervisor to coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The customer service supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes. You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers.

To ensure success you need to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer and staff retention. Preferred candidates are able to perform to a high level of accuracy, and are meticulous and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools for managing customer interactions and data.
  • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
  • Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
  • Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
  • Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
  • Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
  • Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges, and voids.
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred

Early Years Coordinator

Position Summary

Purpose:

  • Take responsibility for the leadership and management of the Early Years
  • Work with the head of school to maintain a vibrant and thriving Bromsgrove school
  • Manage the performance of the Early Years teaching staff
  • Ensure that quality educational programmes take place in a safe, positive and healthy learning environment
  • Drive high retention and growth in pupil numbers within the Early Years and in transition to Lower Primary School
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overall Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Head of School for strategic and effective management of the Early Years Centre.
  • Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in students’ personal and academic progress
  • Actively support the vision, mission, ethos, culture and policies of the Bromsgrove Cambodia

  • Liaise with colleagues across school to ensure smooth transition of pupils between year groups/phases
  • Lead the development of a first-class learning environment that encompasses the key requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Coordinate the learning activities and play-based programmes for both inside and outside areas
  • Employ effective and innovative methods for the collection of developmental data

  • Appropriate degree, with UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification giving QTS or equivalent

  • Experience in teaching learners with diverse needs, especially English as an Additional Language (EAL) in early childhood/ primary school stage

School Counsellor

Purpose:

Contribute to the work of the School’s pastoral and student support teams by providing expert counselling and support to individual students and groups of students to help them to overcome emotional, personal and social barriers to learning and well-being.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overall Responsibilities
  • Provide counselling support for students by:
  • In collaboration with the pastoral supervisors or leaders to evaluate the needs of referred students and determine the correct level of support that is required for each one.
  • Managing a caseload of students who require confidential one-to-one counselling or therapeutic group work, ensuring that support is provided in a timely and time-bonded manner.
  • Identifying next steps for students for whom the school has worked and who require further support.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work undertaken with each student.
  • Building positive relationships with the parents of students who are receiving support.
  • Being a visible and known member of the staff community to students across the Bromsgrove Cambodia such that they are aware of the support available.
  • Support the work of pastoral teams by:
  • Developing schemes of learning for identified students to support positive mental health, well-being and barriers to learning.
  • Proactively supporting the pastoral program through the delivery of assemblies that address issues related to well-being, emotional resilience and self-confidence, among other agreed topics.
  • Being a source of informal support and provide formalised training for teaching and support staff that are providing support to students.
  • Contributing to the pastoral daily operations by ensuring that all students that visit the team are dealt with professionally and are able to return to lessons, if appropriate, following an evaluation of their needs.
