Operation Supervisor (1 Position)

- Conduct daily morning toolbox meetings with drivers and workers before starting operation.
- Maintain monthly driver and worker rosters (schedules, days off, good driving bonus, and leaves).
- Supervise and report daily and monthly attendance of operation staff (drivers and workers).
- Advice all drivers for trucks checking for necessary repairs, including water, oil, engine, other systems.
- Supervise and verify completion of waste collection targets and ensure all waste collection assignment are completed 100%.
- Collaborate with mechanics on truck breakdowns, report issues to branch manager for repair on time.
- Prepare monthly operation report including trip counts, waste weight, fuel consumption, and oil usage such as hydraulic lubricant, brake oil, gearbox oil
- Review and schedule lubricant changes for all trucks and Tuk Tuks.
- Control fuel and oil consumption and monthly report to branch manager.
- Work closely with customer service to improve and ensure better services.
- Coordinate with Provincial and City Hall for national events aim at maintaining cleanliness.
- Adhere to manager's assignments and implement the company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Immediately report field issues to the branch manager.
- Ensure drivers and workers wear proper safety uniforms, equipment, and tools.
- Complete other branch manager assignments as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Type C or D driving license and ability to drive a truck.
- Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly responsible, reliable, accurate, and honest.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Able to communicate in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
