Are you passionate about animals and customer service? Do you speak and read fluent Chinese? Animal Doctors International is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and compassionate team.
- Be the face of ADI – Welcome pet owners and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments – Coordinate bookings and assist clients with scheduling.
- Handle inquiries – Provide clear and accurate information about our veterinary services, both in person and through phone, email, and messaging apps.
- Process payments & records – Ensure seamless transactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Support client communication – Assist with translations, social media inquiries, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with our team – Work closely with veterinarians and support staff to deliver the best client experience.
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) – Essential for communicating with our international clientele.
- Customer-focused attitude – Friendly, patient, and professional.
- Strong organizational skills – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using booking systems and messaging apps.
- Experience in customer service (preferably in a veterinary, medical, or hospitality setting)
