Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to parents/guests
- Able to understand and communicate with school parents/guests about school information.
- Collaborate within Customer Service Department team related to documents, registry, and school system usages.
- Communicate mainly with parents/teachers/students
- Replace cashier roles from time to time.
- Daily reports
- Keep tracks of file registrations.
- Do other tasks assign by department manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Graduated or majored in related field
- Fluent both Khmer and English
- Cashier knowledge and skills
- Able to take care students at dismissals (evening)
Soft Skills
- Flexible
- Work as team
- Good in communication
