Customer Service Officer
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $300 - $350 Negotiable
- Working hours: 8am-12pm, 1.30pm-5.00pm (mon-fri) saturday: 8.00am-12.00pm (half day)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Documentation
- Send/ receive email to network agencies and clients
- Handle the import & export procdures smoothly
- Take care agencies & client before/ after sale
- Monthly report to supervisor

Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Work History:
- Experience in logistics & forwarder for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good English in communication & writing
- Chinese is priority
Soft Skills
- Honest, patience, time management, willing to improve, able to work as a team
Sales and Oversea Development

- Seek for new clients and agencies
- Approach customer
- Promote service to network agencies and local clients
- Meeting direct customers/ partners/ agencies
- Sale indoor/ outdoor
