Customer Service Executive (2 Positions)
Salary is negotiable base on the candidate knowledge and experience.

- Handling Export booking with agents and customers
- Providing Shipping Schedule by various carrier’s options to agents/customers
- Produce Export Bill of Lading, Filing Export Manifest, VGM, BL Draft, BL verification, BL Confirmation
- Ensure to understand customer requirements, SOP compliance for those customers who hand been assigned to take care and able to prepare the report as per SOP
- Deliver 100% data Integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers.
- Provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication.
- To assist customers when problems arise by liaison with the relevant parties
- Pro-actively advise customer on exceptional service notification.
- Coordinate bookings between factory & carrier & customers.
- Support Customer Services Supervisor on all group activities.
- Flexible mindset able to take cares complex customer (more process/requirement in SOP)
- 3rd or 4th year and or graduated from university of Management/Sales/Marketing/English literacy
- 1- or 2-years working experience within related field
- Good English communication with both writing and speaking, can speak Chinese is advantage
- Computer skills (Ms Word/Excel, email & Internet)
- Self-discipline, patience and responsible
- Having a good interpersonal skill, working independently and be able to work as a team.
