Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Promote the company’s services to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and propose competitive quotations to the Sales Team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations to ensure timely responses.
- Provide full support to the Sales Team by sourcing logistics solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight inquiries and shipments.
- Address customer questions and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain and update shipment reports.
- Prepare all necessary sales documents for internal submission and client use.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the customer database and other relevant records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Coordinating with Cambodia team and Vietnams team to perform end-to-end shipment process.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sale and Marketing or related field.
Work History:
- At least experience in Customer service and logistic skills for 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Able to use computer – Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of port operations or logistics
- Good command in English for both written and spoken
Soft Skills
- Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team.
- Patient, flexible, integrity, honest & trustworthy, fast learner and team work.
- Be able stay and work in rural area.
