Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Open new account, debit card, credit card, visa business card, internet/mobile banking
- Issue cheque books, credit card pin changed, print monthly statement of account holder when requested
- Promote bank products and services, identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services and representatives
- Update customer details such as address, telephone number and name -etc
- Other duties as assigned
- University degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, English, Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Fresh graduates and female candidates are encouraged to apply

- Be well presented with a professional manner and honest personality
- Willing to accept new challenge
- Ability to communicate well in English, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage
IT Programmer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Developing/maintaining third party applications and co-ordinate the day to day Core Banking System – Operations
- Understanding the Banking knowhow and System flow are parallel
- Producing MIS Report to support cross department
- Log tracking and Code Debugging for any systems error occur
- Work under supervision and report directly to IT Manager
- Writing SOP, Guideline, Software Documentation/Spec, Proposal…etc
- Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors
- Fresh graduated from bachelor degree in Computer Science/Management of Information system or in related fields
- Able to speak English fluently
- Good to know Accounting basic

- Well educated knowledge in programming language as: Windows: .Net(VB, C#, C/C++…etc Web : Asp.net, PHP, JSP, CSS, HTML …etc. Free platform: Java. Framework: JavaScript, JQuery, Frontend (Bootstrap), Backend(Django). Database (Oracle(PLSQL), SQL Server(T-SQL), MYSQL, Microsoft Access…etc)
- Good understanding and familiar with Microsoft Windows OS and Open source platform OS like Linux
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated
- Available to work as full time, over time
- Self-manage to organize and quickly evaluate the nature of the problem and to provide a solution rapidly and accurately is essential

Loan Officer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Find potential clients, individuals or businesses, in need of loans
- Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways reaching those goals
- Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers’ needs
- Provide special services such as investment banking for clients with more specialized needs
- Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Holding Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting or equivalent with minimum 1-year experience in Bank or MFI is preferred;
- Good skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information with good knowledge in credit principle
- Sound knowledge of Banking Products and Services
- Good command of English both written and spoken; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- A good team player who is able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
