Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support in Leading, Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling Department’s tasks and Staff effectively.
- Manage, motivate, and provide the training to staff to improve quality of work.
- Initiative for good credit approval criteria.
- Analyze the specific credit application for term of sale and credit limits with appropriate and logical
- Provide necessary information and discuss all risk inherent in credit exposure with Credit Control SMG, EMG, and other relevant department to ensuring the quality judgement are made
- Manage staff performance to achieve their task effectively provide best service to customer
- Ensure our communication and relationship with internal and external customer are smooth
- Report the result and progress of the credit control department to management and;
- Staff projection recruitment and Ensure human resource manage with affectively and efficiency
- Finalize staff performance evaluation (KPIs setting, Probation period and Year End Evaluation).
- Consolidate Credit Control Department reported for internal and external
- Credit Department Process and flow work check, review and revised
- Problem solving skill related to team conflict
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager/ Problem solving skill
- Keep customer’s information in confidential safe and security (CBC reported, Business, Income, Customer’s personal document and working document).
- Other task and project assigned by management.

Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking and finance /management or related field.
Work History:
- Banking/MFI, with relevant experience in a management role for 5 years as a minimum

- Strong experience in credit management, risk management, operations, or financial services.
- Good command of English communication, ability to prepare reports and present to senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and business forecasts to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, strategic partnerships, and sales channels to expand the company's customer base and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and industry developments to recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Establish sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans for branches and sales teams, and ensure their achievement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop subordinate managers and sales staff through training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, merchants, corporate partners, key customers, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
- Oversee portfolio management and set up and maintain control guidelines and principles based on best practices.
- Supervise and administrate JACCS’s BM, AMG, DBM, Supervisor, Senior Staff, Staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales staff performance in terms of number of clients, and outstanding balance to generate company profit.
- Produce timely, detailed management reports as needed for monitoring and managing all business systems and functions.
- Ensure organizational quality through review, update, implementation, and adherence to agreed policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Liaise and maintain relationship with all relevant community and opinion leaders, government officials, and local authorities.
- Oversee loan risk framework and implement sale strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company's corporate strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions regarding risk management, prompt reporting of risk positions, and provision of advice on possible resolutions of critical issues.
- Lead in providing support and coordinate with other departments such as Credit Control, Collection, IT, HR, Finance and Accounting ... etc.

- Finance sector, Bank, Leasing, loan, or sales for 5 years as a minimum
