Comprehensive Compensation Package:
- A three-year international contract starting 1st March 2025 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

- We Are Looking For:
- Leadership and Management: At least 5 years of proven leadership experience at a Country Director or equivalent level, with a focus on results-based management.
- Programme Management: 8-10 years of documented experience managing development and, preferably, humanitarian programmes, ideally in organisations using a human rights-based approach.
- Restrictive Environments: Experience working in challenging environments for civil society organisations and human rights defenders, including supporting local civil society groups and social movements.
- Fundraising and Advocacy: Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, and advocacy.
- Coordination and Platforms: Experience in leading cross-sectoral coordination platforms such as INGO Forums or Humanitarian Response Forums.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with digital solutions, innovative programming, market linkages/value chains, private sector engagement, gender and youth empowerment, human rights defenders, good governance, and complaint handling mechanisms.
- Interpersonal and Diplomatic Skills: Strong cultural sensitivity, communication, networking, and diplomatic skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships both within and outside the organisation.
- Staff Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and foster a supportive and collaborative work environment for staff.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a drive to achieve outcomes and deliver impact.
- Educational Background: Holds a relevant master’s degree.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake work-related travel.
