Success means HOPE is well connected, well governed, well funded and powered by a motivated team that delivers real impact.

In return, you will have the opportunity to shape a growing organisation, build something meaningful and directly improve the lives of vulnerable girls and young women in Cambodia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively build HOPE's funding pipeline and contribute directly to securing new funding.
  • Leadership & Growth
  • Build and lead a motivated, accountable and high-performing team.
  • Strengthen HOPE's systems, policies and organisational capability.
