Position Purpose
The Country Director will provide strategic, operational, cultural, and relational leadership across HFSV’s work in Cambodia.
Working directly and closely with the HFSV Founder and President, the Country Director will help translate organizational vision into effective strategies, accountable execution, measurable results, and outstanding outcomes for children.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Has substantial senior-leadership experience within Cambodia’s NGO, education, child-development, or social-impact sector.
- Understands the Cambodian government environment and can confidently manage regulatory compliance, official reporting, NGO registration, and ministry relationships.
- Has significant experience working with children, young people, families, education, or child-protection programs.
- Inspires and unites people around a compelling mission and shared goals.
- Builds meaningful relationships with government, businesses, schools, churches, NGOs, donors, and community leaders.
- Embraces creativity and continually looks for better ways to serve children.
- Takes pride in helping children discover their abilities, enlarge their sense of possibility, and pursue their highest potential.
