Travel Agent (TA) Sales = Sales to travel agent companies like Exo Travel, Diethelm Travel, Asia Trails, etc., who bring group tours or FIT guests
- Corporate Sales
- Identify and approach corporate clients for long-stay, business travel, and group bookings.
- Negotiate corporate rates, prepare contracts, and ensure rate loading in the system.
- Maintain regular contact with HR/Admin/Travel Desk of companies.
- Track production of each corporate account and follow up to maximize share.
- Travel Agent (TA) Sales
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agent companies (e.g., Exo Travel, Diethelm, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, commission, and packages with travel agents.
- Ensure accurate setup of travel agent profiles in Opera PMS.
- Monitor production from each travel agent, analyse reports, and adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with reservations to ensure bookings are tagged under the correct Travel Agent profile.
- General Sales Duties
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
- Participate in tourism fairs, networking events, and B2B meetings.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports by market segment and account.
- Work with Revenue/Reservations to optimize rates and availability.
- Support marketing activities (promotions, campaigns, online exposure).
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required, though some roles may specify a degree relevant to the industry
- At least of experience in a sales or customer service for 1 year
- A strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to analyze performance, manage sales reports, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are needed to connect with clients and convince them of the product's value.

This role involves supervising spa therapists, managing treatment schedules, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, and supporting the Spa Manager in delivering wellness programs that reflect the resort’s nature-inspired philosophy.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalized and relaxing spa journey.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with discretion and care.
- Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Supervise spa therapists and reception staff, ensuring consistent service quality and professionalism.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of spa team members.
- Schedule staff shifts and treatment appointments to optimize efficiency and guest flow.
- Spa Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily operations of treatment rooms, reception, and wellness areas.
- Ensure all spa facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely support and upkeep.
- Inventory & Retail Oversight
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage retail displays and encourage product knowledge and upselling among staff.
- Track retail sales and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Assist in preparing reports on spa performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatment schedules, and therapist performance.
- Ensure compliance with RiverTree Villa and Resort’s operational policies and wellness standards.
- Quality Assurance & Innovation
- Conduct regular service audits and team briefings to maintain high standards.
- Stay informed on wellness trends and recommend new treatments or enhancements.
- Support the Spa Manager in developing seasonal promotions and wellness programs tailored to the Kampot region’s natural offerings
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness facility for 2 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and guest service standards.
- Proficiency in spa booking systems and basic computer applications.
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness management is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Khmer language skills are a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
