Corporate Sales Supervisor
Department: Corporate Sales Unit
Location: Based in Phnom Penh (occasional travel to provinces required)
Position Purpose:
Are you a creative thinker, passionate about expanding the market of Khmer Products, and a natural relationship builder? Hydrologic Social Enterprise (HSE) is looking for a Corporate Sales Supervisor who is excited to make a difference—both in business and in people’s lives.
In this role, you’ll lead the operations of our stores in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, drive corporate sales performance, and act as the key bridge between our team and our marketing agency. You'll work closely with existing clients and partners while exploring fresh opportunities to grow our network and brand presence across Cambodia and beyond.
- Store Supervision & Sales Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations at both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap stores.
- Inspire, coach, and support the sales team to achieve their goals and create positive customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Corporate Sales & Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, NGOs, and corporate buyers.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and grow our presence in new markets.
- Understand partner needs and tailor solutions that drive impact and revenue.
- Creative Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with HSE’s marketing agency to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Contribute ideas for innovative marketing activities that align with our mission and boost visibility.
- Stay in tune with customer feedback and market trends to improve our approach.
- Reporting & Planning
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts.
- Develop promotional calendar and sales activities.
- Manage and monitor stock and logistics of corporate sales channel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, both corporate and retail account management, and marketing.
- At least 1 year in supervision role.
- Creative mindset with a passion for people, products, and purpose-driven work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of NGO networks or retail partnerships is a plus.
- Willingness to travel between Phnom Penh and other provinces as needed.
