Corporate Sales Manager

Position Summary

Phare Performing Social Enterprise is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Team.  

This role is key to expanding Phare’s reach by connecting our creative arts offerings with broader corporate and possibly international opportunities. As Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow corporate sales across group ticket packages, festivals, and private events—both domestically and internationally. You will also cross sell Phare Creative Studio services and will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their marketing and engagement objectives, and craft customized proposals that highlight the unique value of partnering with Phare. 

Reports To: Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing 

Location: Based in Phnom Penh, with occasional travel as required 

Working Hours: Full-Time (44 hours per week) 

Gross Salary: USD 650 – 800 per month, based on the candidate’s qualifications.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and secure new corporate clients and business opportunities, including off-site and on-site engagements. 
  • Handle the entire sales process from initial inquiry and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closing. 
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and event planners to foster loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, production, and artistic) to ensure smooth planning and delivery of customized performances. 
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments to deliver high-quality client experiences. 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of integrated sales strategies and marketing plan for all services. 
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build strategic partnerships. 
  • Keep a record of company contacts and track sales calls, interactions, opportunities and follow-ups using the CRM (Salesforce). 
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to the Director of Sales and Marketing. 
  • Monitor sales performance and MICE to achieve revenue targets 
  • Uphold accountability for assigned tasks and KPIs as directed by the line supervisor. 
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, with a focus on events, entertainment, or a related field. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and internal teams. 
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • A passion for the arts and a commitment to Phare's mission of supporting Cambodian youth 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
 
 

Sales Associates

Position Summary

Report to: Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Schedule: Full-time (44 hours per week)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Seek for new sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Meet and greet VIP customers and partners at the performances  
  • Assist ticketing and accounting department with any issues related to accounts in the assigned territory 
  • Provide general administrative supports
  • Coordinate to assure alignment of Sales & Marketing activities and social networks.
  • Manage assigned territory of retail or travel agency accounts 
  • Incentivize / motivate accounts to increase PCC ticket and Phare Prod event sales 
  • Initiate new and maintain existing account relationships 
  • Seek opportunities to make Phare more visible. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager 
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Tourism experience and sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills for building rapport
  • Excellent communication skills to understand clearly the customer's needs, explain features, benefits and unique selling points.
  • Effective time management skills to self-manage schedule, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to sell on quality and maintain price integrity
  • Experience with office technology tools. Salesforce, CRM, reservations technology is prioritized
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances or last-minute requests
  • Strong English communication skills for business purposes.

Content Creator

Position Summary

Report to: Marketing Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing Department

Schedule: Full-time (44 hours per week)

Salary: (negotiable based on qualification and experiences)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist Marketing Manager creating social media contents such as taking photos and video clips
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Accompany and greet media, photographers, and bloggers on site
  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our products
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
  • Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Creative and enthusiastic
  • Experience with video creation (tiktok)
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing apps and software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills
  • Good in English and Khmer, spoken and written
  • Good Communication and Team work
  • Experiences in arts and culture is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible, friendly working environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and demanding work environment
  • Punctual, hardworking and ability to work as the team is an essential.
