Position Summary

DQD Consulting is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs, Governance & Client Services Manager to lead corporate governance, business registration, regulatory compliance, government liaison, and client management activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Governance
  • Coordinate board and shareholder meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and governance records.
  • Maintain shareholder, director, and corporate records.
  • Business Registration & Compliance
  • Manage company incorporations and amendments.
  • Process licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations.
  • Monitor renewals and compliance requirements.
  • Government Liaison
  • Coordinate with MOC, GDT, CDC, Sangkat, Khan, and other authorities.
  • Follow up on applications, approvals, and regulatory matters.
  • Client Services
  • Manage incorporation, licensing, and market entry projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
Work History:
  • Corporate services, governance, compliance, or regulatory affairs for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Cambodian business registration and regulatory processes.
  • Experience dealing with government authorities and clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Administration Manager to lead human resources, employee compliance, office management, and administration functions across the Group.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and workforce planning.
  • Support training and employee development.

Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, stock movements, receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring inventory is properly managed across retail, wholesale, and production operations while maintaining strong stock controls and cold chain standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Record and monitor stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
  • Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and expired inventory.
  • Maintain inventory master lists and product codes.
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and transfer of inventory.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
  • Monitor warehouse security and stock protection.

  • Experience conducting stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Good Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience in a butcher shop, food production facility, cold storage operation, supermarket, warehouse, or food distribution business.
  • Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Accountant to support the accounting, inventory, financial reporting, and tax compliance functions across our hospitality businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
