Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Corporate Affairs, Compliance & Market Entry Officer to support both the Group's internal compliance requirements and client-facing business registration and market entry projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Business Registration & Market Entry
  • Assist clients with company incorporation and business registration processes
  • Prepare and submit applications to the Ministry of Commerce and relevant authorities
  • Coordinate tax registrations, patent tax registrations, and post-registration requirements
  • Assist foreign investors with market entry requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Support applications for licenses, permits, and sector-specific approvals
  • Prepare client checklists, document requests, and submission packages
  • Monitor registration progress and provide status updates
  • Support DQD Consulting's market entry and corporate services projects
  • Corporate Affairs & Regulatory Compliance
  • Manage company registrations, amendments, shareholder changes, and company updates
  • Maintain business licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and renewal schedules
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory documents
  • Prepare and submit documents to government authorities
  • Visa & Work Permit Administration
  • Process visas, work permits, employment cards, and related applications
  • Support foreign shareholders, directors, consultants, and employees
  • Monitor visa and work permit expiry dates
  • Coordinate renewals and compliance requirements
  • Government Liaison
  • Liaise with Sangkat, Khan, Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labour, Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), and other authorities
  • Submit applications and collect official documents
  • Coordinate inspections, approvals, and government requirements
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant government offices
  • Corporate Administration
  • Maintain corporate and administrative filing systems
  • Prepare official letters, applications, forms, and submissions
  • Track contracts, licenses, permits, and insurance renewals
  • Maintain accurate records for both group companies and consulting clients
  • Support management with special projects and administrative assignments
  • HR Compliance Support
  • Support labor compliance requirements
  • Assist with employee documentation and onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate work permit and employment compliance matters
  • Support HR administration when required
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Work History:
  • Business registration, licensing, compliance, administration, legal support, or government liaison for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Good understanding of Cambodian business registration and regulatory processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience incorporating companies in Cambodia
  • Experience processing Ministry of Commerce registrations and amendments
  • Experience dealing with GDT, MLVT, CDC, Sangkat, and other government authorities
  • Experience processing visas and work permits
  • Experience supporting foreign investors entering Cambodia
  • Experience working in consulting, legal, corporate services, or compliance environments
  • Strong Khmer and English communication skills
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
