Summary
This is a paid, six‑month contract to produce monthly multimedia content that showcases the partnerships between Australian volunteers and local organisations—and the long‑term change those partnerships create.
You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end storytelling, including:
- Developing creative concepts and monthly content plans
- Filming, photographing and interviewing volunteers, partners, events and workshops
- Editing video for vertical and horizontal formats
- Repurposing existing archival footage from the past eight years
- Writing captions for social media and case studies for webpages
- Delivering content tailored for a variety of channels
Where You’ll Be Working
This role is based in Cambodia but also producing content (remotely) for volunteers based in Vietnam, Laos and Mongolia
You must be fluent in Khmer and English

- About you
- Experienced in video creation, photography and editing
- Have strong storytelling and communications skills
- Have worked with NGOs, community organisations or development programs
- Understand ethical, respectful, strengths‑based storytelling
- Can manage projects and deadlines independently
- Are comfortable working across cultures and communities
- Care about accessibility, inclusion and representation
