TDSO is seeking a content developer to join the Edubox project team. This is a full-time position based in Siem Reap, with options for hybrid working.

About the Project

Edubox is an offline-first mobile application designed to support primary school teachers in low-resource environments. It is developed by TDSO as part of its broader work in teacher professional development, and operates alongside — not as a substitute for — TDSO's coaching and training programmes.

The Role

The content developer will be responsible for adapting existing TDSO teacher development material into structured lesson content for the Edubox platform, and for developing additional content to extend the app's library. This involves organising content according to the app's defined structure (subjects, tracks, lessons, and steps), preparing attachments in the required formats (PDF, audio, and video), and working within the file size and quality standards set for the platform. The role requires close collaboration with the project lead and, during the development phase, with the software agency building the application.
