We are looking for a creative and energetic content creator to join our wedding decoration team. You will help create short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, cinematic wedding videos, and viral social media content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
This role is not only about filming. We want someone who can become part of the brand personality, appear confidently on camera, bring fresh ideas, and grow together with the company.
Schedule
- Willing to work overtime during wedding setups
- Available for night shoots and weekend events
- Able to travel to wedding venues when needed
Bonus Structure
- Base salary + performance bonus

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Content Shooting & Creation
- Film wedding decoration setups, behind-the-scenes moments, flower arranging, venue transformations, and team activities
- Capture cinematic shots during wedding setup days and event days
- Shoot viral-style short videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels
- Record interviews, challenge videos, storytelling videos, and trend-based content
- On-Camera Appearance
- Confidently appear on camera
- Speak naturally in videos when needed
- Participate in funny, educational, or storytelling content
- Content Planning & Creative Ideas
- Bring new video ideas and trend suggestions weekly
- Research TikTok/Facebook/Instagram trends
- Suggest hooks, captions, and viral concepts
- Help improve content quality and audience engagement
- Wedding Decoration Learning
- Learn basic wedding decoration concepts and terminology
- Understand setup flow so content captures the best moments
- Learn luxury wedding aesthetics and premium presentation style
- Editing & Posting (Optional Bonus)
- Basic CapCut or mobile editing skills
- Help organize content files
- Upload and schedule content if needed
- Create thumbnails or captions

General & Technical Skills
- Knows TikTok trends and short-form storytelling
- Good phone camera shooting skills
- Understands cinematic angles and lighting
- Can use CapCut or similar editing apps
