Reports to: Operation Manager
- Lead and supervise Call Center team to achieve payment collection targets
- Oversee and monitor the loan portfolio to ensure strong performance and risk control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Oversee payment reconciliation and account accuracy
- Oversee and optimize CRM data and processes
- Track KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement
- Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth customer onboarding and customer service
- Support strategic planning with management

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in loan operations, consumer finance, microfinance, or banking for 1 to 2 years
- Proven experience in team leadership, supervising staff, and managing operational workflows
- Strong understanding of loan portfolio management, financial operations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with CRM systems and operational data analysis
- Skilled in KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and process improvement
- Comfortable using technology for reporting, data management, and operational optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operational environment
