The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), a leading membership-based organization for domestic and foreign organizations in Cambodia, has played an important role since 1990. CCC has actively worked over three decades as an enabling agent to facilitate the collective efforts, institutional governance, and accountable actions for CSOs to advance the pace of democratic and sustainable development in Cambodia. The new implementation of its fifth phase Governance Hub Program (GHP 2024-2028) under the vision of sustainable and democratic development in Cambodia.

From 2022 to September 20225, CCC was granted funding from Save the Children for the project "SIDA CSO Strengthening and Civic Space Engagement". Regarding the sub-award agreement, CCC is responsible for two goals. Goal 1 focuses on strengthening the capacity of SIDA’s project partners and goal 4 focuses on enabling civic space engagement and advocacy.

In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly valuable tool in the non-profit and civil society sectors. AI technologies like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude offer practical support for staff and management teams by simplifying complex tasks such as drafting reports, summarizing information, and creating professional content more efficiently.

Recognizing the growing need for digital capacity, CCC wishes to equip CCC staff and management team with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in using AI tools for reporting. The focus is on building foundational skills, improving productivity, and promoting ethical and responsible use of AI in the workplace. CCC seeks a qualified trainer to provide two-day training and two times either online or face-to-face on Basic AI Tool.

Position Summary

Location : CCC, Phnom Penh

SHORT TERM : Consultant

Objective:

These 2 days training aims to strengthen internal reporting processes and empower the team with digital skills that align with the organization’s vision of sustainable and democratic development for Cambodia.

Deliverable timeline:

This consultancy service is expected to be carried out in Phnom Penh from 02-03 June 2025 and two times coaching week2 and week3 of July 2025.

Budget and payment:

Payment will be made on a lump sum in one phase after completion of task. The total budget for this consultant service is 1,200USD with tax included.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Build foundational knowledge and skills in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to support reporting tasks.
  • Enhance the efficiency and quality of internal and external reports through practical, hands-on use of AI for summarizing, drafting, and editing.
  • Promote ethical and responsible use of AI technologies in the workplace, with attention to data privacy and transparency.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Experience to work on Information Communication and Technology (ICT).
  • Experience to provide training on AI especially AI for reporting, documenting, and summarizing at least three times to five times.
  • Experience in providing coaching either online or physical after the training.
