Objective: VVOB is looking for a consultant or production agency to produce two high-quality videos to illustrate mentoring methodologies/steps for teacher trainers, student teachers, MM and SBEG, who are expected to apply these techniques in their careers and to their peers. The first video will be used for in-service early grade learning and acted by SBEG and early grade teachers. The second video will be used for pre-service teacher training and acted by a teacher trainer and student teacher. In overall, these videos will be used to strengthen participants’ understanding of how steps and skills are applied in feedback session of the mentoring process.
