This five-day program, from November 10 to 14, 2025, will focus on strengthening interpersonal relationships, fostering trust, enhancing communication, and staff well-being to create a more unified and productive work environment.

The internal well-being sessions cover activities such as well-being retreats, mental health awareness sessions, resilience-building exercises as well as the ability to balance life and work.
