Deliverables
- A comprehensive CEF training curriculum in English that defines course objectives, learning outcomes, and core content areas for each topic.
- Training content and materials in English for each topic, prepared in PowerPoint format for CEF 2026 sessions
- Pre- and post-training assessments for each topic.
- Review CEF 2025 training curriculum and content to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- In consultation with EnergyLab’s program staff, update existing materials as needed and create new modules to design a comprehensive training curriculum that effectively advances the CEF program’s objectives and outcomes, with each topic contextualised within Cambodia’s clean energy landscape and reflecting the country’s key priorities. These topics are indicative and the consultant may propose changes or refinement.

- Develop high-quality training materials for each topic (listed above or newly proposed), ensuring they are learner-focused and interactive.
- Develop pre- and post-training assessments for each topic to measure the change in Fellows’ knowledge.
- Master's Degree in or higher in one or more of the following fields: energy, engineering, environmental science/policy, public policy, political economy, development studies, educational pedagogy/curriculum design, or related disciplines.
- Substantial experience working inexperience working in the clean energy transition, in areas such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, distributed energy, or electric mobility, is a plus
- Understanding of Cambodia’s energy landscape and related policies.
- Extensive experience in designing training content and delivering sessions to diverse groups of professionals.
