Announcement Description

SOS Children’s Villages Cambodia is implementing its National Strategy 2026–2028, which prioritizes the transition to family and community-based care, expansion of Family Strengthening Programs (FSP), youth employability, and strengthened safeguarding systems.

The program operates across seven locations: Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang, Ratanakiri, Kratie, Kampot, and Prey Veng. It targets children without parental care or at risk of separation, vulnerable families, and youth transitioning to independence.

Cambodia continues to face structural challenges affecting child protection and family well-being, including poverty, limited access to services, and climate-related vulnerabilities. These factors contribute to the risk of family separation and reduced life opportunities for children and youth.

This baseline survey will provide robust, evidence-based benchmarks to guide implementation, track progress, and inform adaptive programming in line with PSA’s emphasis on results, accountability, and learning.
