Our Cambodia Office is seeking for a consultant/firm to provide the Produce a Documentary Video of Successful Youth Employment through the impact of the Promotion of Youth Skills and Employability (PYSE ) project.

Background:

WVI-C is implementing the project ‘Promotion of Youth Skills and Employability (PYSE)’, aiming at supporting vulnerable youth between 15 and 30 years with vocational training, on-the-job training, and relevant life skills to achieve skilled labour employment status in market-relevant fields of work, in line with individual desired career. The project, in partnership with the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI), aims to provide vocational skills to 240 selected youths across the urban and rural areas of the targeted programme area.

Consultant/firm to Provide the Produce a Documentary Video of Successful Youth Employment through the impact of the Promotion of Youth Skills and Employability (PYSE ) project

Objectives:

The key objectives of the consultancy are to:

Objectives of the video: to produce 4 video case studies to showcase successful youth who have been impactful through the PYSE project. The video will highlight selected youth who have obtained vocational skills and are employed in the job market.

The video will capture the key successes of those youths who have been trained through the vocational skills provided by NIEI and have successfully secured a job within their skills.

Target audience:

Primary audience: PMI donors, drop-out youth, Youth representatives, community leaders, WVI APs, and partners.

Secondary audience: General public

  1. Video length: 5 minutes
  2. Location of shooting: Phnom Penh and 2 target provinces, including Preah Vihear and Siem Reap.

  • Completed proposal responding to our needs stated in Terms of Reference (ToR)
  • Completed financial proposal
  • Up-to-date CV and a copy of your ID/Passport or valid visa for internationals
  • Business Registration
  • Tax Registration
  • Agreement of child protection protocol (form provided by World Vision)

For Individuals:

  • Completed proposal responding to our needs stated in ToR
  • Completed financial proposal
  • Up-to-date CV and a copy of your ID/Passport or valid visa for internationals
  • Police clearance (It’s to be submitted after being selected as successful applicant and BEFORE signing the contract with World Vision)

As a child focus organization, we WILL NOT hire a person/firm who was convicted for any crime especially the crime against children. It’s applicant’s responsibility to provide such letter and therefore we would recommend you to get it done during your proposal submission. Failure to submit this letter will result in delay to sign contract or withdraw our offer)
