Announcement Description

RACHA implements the Investing Early Childhood Development (IECD project ) and Innovative parenting support for better child development project in Kampong Speu and Kampong Cham Provinces partners with Planet Enfant and Development (PE&D) funded by AFD and CZECH Aids is looking for a consultant/firm with creative and knowledgeable in developing the video spot to work with its health communication team and related technical team members. The topics include as follows: 1. Risk of exposure to screens, 2. Ordinary educational violence and 3. Unequal treatment of girls and boys and its consequence on gender in early childhood. The Video Production Specialist responsibilities include collaborating with other project team members to create and engaging video that stimulate conversation/interest in the three stated topics which will be conveyed powerful messages to the communities and public audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of RACHA, the consultant/firm will be responsible for the following:

Deliverable:

Produce a creative 3-5 minutes video to highlight the key messages of the three topics and deliver a 3-5 minutes video.

Activities:

Script writing for the video an analyzing topics and specifications and liaising with technical teams and stakeholders to gather information before the composition process;

  • Scheduling meetings with the team to discuss project requirements;
  • Communicating any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner;
  • Traveling to the project sites to meet communities and all related stakeholders or relocating for the duration of the assignment;
  • Attend community based child care center sessions to gain new ideas, and inspire and support their performance.
  • Video shooting of core service activities of target groups.

Bidder Eligibility

  • Education, requirement and Experience
  • Have at least 4 years of experience and excellent understanding in photography & video production;
  • Expertise in shooting video interview;
  • Expertise in video editing and video animation/effect;
  • Experienced in similar production works;
  • Equipped with high-end production equipment to produce quality videos.
