Consultant- Communication and Video Production
Expected Duration
Part-time (roughly 12 working days per month) starting from Feb – Oct 31, 2023 (9 months).
- Reporting to the Program Manager, the Foundation expects the Consultant to work closely with the environmental team to:
- Lead in the planning and development of video (project recap video) and at least 5 short clips of key project activities.
- Take lead in pre-production, production and post-production stage of the project recap video.
- Create content for social media posts (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn).
- Support in dissemination of content to stakeholders and target beneficiaries.
- Undertake regular travel within Cambodia to the provinces in which the project is being implemented.
- Develop communication materials (banners, leaflets, backdrop…etc) and provide broad technical support where needed to help implement.
- Work in an amicable and professional manner, have a positive attitude, adjust readily to changing circumstances, be calm and cool under pressure, and communicate assertively but politely.
- Attend meetings with other partners such as Coca-Cola Cambodia when needed.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to plan and execute the meaningful project activities that need branding and communications support.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, media relations or a related field.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in communications.
- Knowledge of digital campaigning tactics.
- Proven track record on video production/editing, digital camera technology and its operation, design in various promotional formats, writing articles and storytelling.
- Some familiarity with Coca-Cola campaigns and social media outreach in Cambodia and/or of wider corporate social media engagement campaigns would be preferred.
- Practical and strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Khmer Unicode typing, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Clouds.
- Proven experiences in managing and monitoring social media platforms and website and creating content for engaging audience on social media.
- Good knowledge in digital communications for a variety of audiences.
- Be a Cambodian national.
- Proven written and oral communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Willingness to respect and work within TAF principles and TAF’s code of conduct.
