The project “Towards a Responsive Rubber Industry in Southeast Asia (ICARE)” has been implemented in three countries (Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand) since January 2023. The project is funded by AFD with co-finance from WWF-France and Japan which aim to establish and promote Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships (MSPs), to build self-sufficiency of cooperative to ensure an efficient and traceable Sustainable Natural Rubber (SNR) supply chain, and to participate in restoration strategy development in a landscape dominated by rubber tree cultivation.

Consultancy for Video Production on the Impact of the Multi Stakeholder Partnership Platform

WWF-Cambodia is seeking a skilled consultant or team to produce an impact video, with a maximum duration 5 minutes, showcasing the effectiveness of the multi-stakeholder partnership platform (MSP). The video should include interviews with MSP members (potentially during MSP meetings / workshops and in various field locations as appropriate), as well as footage of MSP events and activities. Subtitles in both Khmer and English required. The consultancy service provider will have 15 days within a 2-month period to capture video footage and conduct interview based on the related events, as well as for video production. The final video must be submitted by October 10, 2024.

Submission Requirements
The consultant should submit the proposal application comprising of: 1) A brief concept note describing the approach, 2) Curriculum Vitae (2-3 pages), 3) Proposed a detail breakdown cost which included tax (participants’ transportation, snacks, venue for meetings/workshops, stationery, etc. will be covered by the project separately), 4) Methodology/steps and details on the quality of cameras/tools for capturing footage and 5) Attached samples of similar video submit to WWF Cambodia by emailing to email address provided in the contact details with the subject line as above post no later than the closing date given.
