Summary

Overall objective:

WF-Cambodia is now looking for Consultancy for Transboundary Asian Elephant Monitoring through Camera Trapping and Capacity Building in the Eastern Plains Landscape. The consultancy is expected to run from December 2025 to June 2026, with the final report and result sharing delivered by the end of June 2026.

The consultant(s) will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise while providing long-term in-country capacity. All activities must be implemented in co-leadership with WWF-Cambodia and WWF-Viet Nam to ensure institutionalization of methods and data management systems to support future replicated surveys.

The Consultant(s) will work under the supervision of Head of landscape and technical support from Senior Community & Wildlife Officer to fulfill the following tasks:

  • Technical Protocol Development
  • Training and Capacity Building
  • Survey Design and Data Analysis
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement
